i finally bought it happened one night on dvd and am thoroughly enjoying it. god i love that movie. and clark gable.

i thought it proper to update although i have no pictures to show (yet)...and trust me...cusco is sooo goddam beautiful there will be aplenty to show.
aside from every single bathroom being questionnable cusco is amazing. its so pretty and so small. the place just gives off such a humble warm feeling and i love it. even the tourists are really cool down to earth people, because they are all here to appreciate the history. the inca walls leave me in awe and just learning about the incan history and the spanish conquerors gives me the chills. i cannot wait for macchu pichu which is in a couple of days.

i also have officially fallen in love with cafe con leche. alas the green tea plan only lasted for so long.

tomorrow i'm off to peru for two and a half weeks! i cannot wait because finally i will be out of boring hot LA (in peru it's winter).

i have just finished cleaning out my closet. it's a good feeling to see the pile of old clothes on the floor of my room. i've finally gotten rid of all the unwanted crap. how refreshing.

and now the fun part comes.
refilling all that sad lonely empty space with crap i actually want.

it's amusing that every single time i've had to clean out my closet i've never even considered throwing out my old dress-up clothes. they're all in a big red plastic costco-sized bin. the tackiest over-sized clothing i have ever seen, tied up and hemmed in the weirdest most awkward places so that they would fit me. i think i keep all the dresses and skirts for the sake of the fact that when i was 5 or 6 i thought i was hott shit in them.

my friends and i wanted to drop by ralphs and get some food around midnight last night. and i remembered how i bought the last book at ralphs at midnight totally by accident, and so again ralphs was selling it and i bought it. i'm afraid to touch it because if i start reading it i won't get anything done.

i got a 4 on the English AP. kind of insulting seeing as it's a crap test. blah. but at least im not completley incompetent when it comes to standardized testing. vast improvment when compared to my actual SATs scores which, if you didn't know me, (and maybe even if you did) you would think i was retarded.
